Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy. Appointments and booking 1. Appointments must be booked in advance via our approved booking system or directly with either AXIS Wellbeing or Turadh Therapy 2. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details at the time of booking 3. For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device, internet connection and private space Payment 1. Payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking 2. Full payment may be required in advance to secure your appointment 3. Any applicable packages or offers will have their own specific terms Cancellations and rescheduling 1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment 2. Late cancellations or non-attendance will be charged in full 3. If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund Late arrivals 1. If you arrive late to an appointment, the session will still end at the orginally scheduled time 2. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be treated as a non-attendance with no refund. Health and safety 1. Refer to the specific service for further details of suitability 2. If you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness please contact us to reschedule 3. The clinic reserves the right to refuse entry or end a session if safety is compromised.
