The Reset Room

Have you ever reached the end of the day and realised your body wasn't tired... your mind was?

We're always thinking. Planning. Problem solving. Looking after everyone else. But when was the last time you gave yourself permission to simply pause?

That's why we've created 'The Reset Room' at The Wellbeing Clinic. A monthly space to pause.

We'll welcome you into a calm, safe environment, gently help you leave the day behind, guide you through a unique Mind Massage experience, and afterwards invite you to stay for a tea or coffee before heading home.

Time: 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Cost: £10, which includes refreshments
